B10 is an office and hotel complex located at 10 Bolkowska Street, which fits in with the nature of the vibrant business district of Wroclaw. The project consists of two facilities with a total usable area of approximately 20,000 m2. Each of the six overground storeys offers 2,306 m2 of office space that can be flexibly used and divided into two, three or four parts, depending on the tenant's needs, meeting the required ergonomic standards. The applied construction system allows for a column-free space with a span of 16.4 m, which provides additional possibilities of free arrangement. Four lifts, designed in the core of the building, enable comfortable movement of office building users between floors.A two-storey garage will accommodate 313 parking spaces and a complex of changing rooms for cyclists with dedicated bicycle parking spaces.
