Offices Lakeside

Lakeside is the first ATENOR new office project in Warsaw of ca. 24 000 sq m. It will replace University Business Centre I, one of two buildings acquired by ATENOR in Mokotów district in May 2018. The project, beautifully located at the lake, is surrounded with greenery. The plot enjoys a unique location, near Puławska and Rzymowskiego streets as well as the tram loop located close to the building (3 stops to Metro Wilanowska). The building has already been precertified with BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Gold certificates.The LAKESIDE building has been designed by Grupa 5 Architects.
