Offices Renaissance Plaza

Renaissance Plaza is located in the Wola district of Warsaw, the administrative capital of Poland. With its 3,1 million inhabitants, including the metro areas, it is the largest city in Central and Eastern Europe.The 9 830.93 sqm REN was developed in 1998 by ApolloRida. The project is composed of a 7-storey class B office building, the adjacent 6-storey parking house and a surface level parking lot.The office building was modernized in 2016 with a 2 million EUR refurbishment budget replacing HVAC system. Adventum Group has also undertaken the modernization of the central lobby and elevators in 2021.
