Hillwood Czestochowa-Miasto is a modern warehouse park under construction in Czestochowa at 307 Wojska Polskiego Avenue. The direct location of the facility on National Road 46 and 91 facilitates quick access to the A1 highway connecting the north and south of Poland. At the same time, the urban type of warehouses provides excellent recognition of the warehouse park and convenient access to a large labor pool.

The warehouse halls in Częstochowa are modern A-class rental spaces. The complex in the city center will eventually consist of 2 buildings with a total area of about 63,000 sqm. The minimum module for lease is 2,000 sqm. The first warehouse building is expected to be ready for use as early as mid-2023.
