Prologis Park Chorzów is a modern distribution center located in the heart of Upper Silesia. The warehouse park consists of 5 buildings with a total leasable area of nearly 250,000 sqm. The facility has 3 separate entrance gates and is covered by 24-hour security. It features multifunctional warehouse halls, numerous parking spaces and extensive maneuvering areas suitable for logistics of large-sized goods. The minimum warehouse modules available for lease are 2,000 sqm.

This is one of the largest warehouse parks in all of Poland and the largest park in terms of available lease space by developer Prologis. An important aspect is the ability to adapt the BTS building according to the customer's exorbitant preferences. Most warehouses included in Prologis Park Chorzów offer the possibility of introducing so-called "cross-docking". These are activities that support the distribution process and minimize costs. As a result, products can be distributed to local customers without the need for prolonged storage.
