The Piątek Production Plant is located at 32 Leczycka Street in Piątek. The facility consists of a production hall with a total rentable area of about 2,400 sqm on a plot of 15400 sqm. The warehouse was put into operation in 2017. It is possible to expand the facility, also with an office building.

The production hall for rent in Piatek is divided into parts A and B. In part A, there is a 30-ton, 8-ton and 5-ton overhead crane at the tenant's disposal. The floor load capacity is 10 t/sqm. They are located just off provincial road 703 leading directly to the A1 Amber Highway, 5 km away. By provincial road 702 or 708 you can conveniently get to the A2 Freedom Highway in Zgierz, 20 km away. The complex is located less than 55 km from the center of Lodz and 130 km from Warsaw.
