HOP is all about making a business case for a hospitality integrated office space.Renewing a building with a strong personality, creating a human-centred office design stitched with its surroundings, as a living part of the city. Inspired by our lineage we set out our goal is to create a better everyday experience for tenants and visitors alike.Historically Chmielna was a small rural, 18th century street which unfolded into nearby hop yards owned by Masovian Dukes, who gave the street its name. Inspired by the past, we have based our colour schemes on shades of Warsaw forests, integrating organic materials and textures. Like so we plant a seed in this fertile location for city dwellers who increasingly enjoy the natural world as an antidote to urban stress.HOP is a modernized building situated in the city center, on the outskirts of a central business area. Located on the border of Wola, Ochota and Śródmieście districts, the building is situated near to main commute nodes of Warsaw: Central station, trams, busses and metro. Thanks to that the commute shouldn’t pose any problems to those arriving by car, public transport or even bikers, as there is plenty of bike paths and city bike stations around.The vibrant neighborhood provides inspiration and motivation to act, it is also a great place for business and social meetings. The building offers an attractive, high-standard coworking zone. Modern design, multipurpose and flexible space as well as bright and spacious interiors, provide appropriate working conditions. At your disposal are also serviced offices named HOP-in, from 12 sqm up, conference rooms, a shared kitchen with a dining room and a reception desk. All spaces are functionally furnished and professionally equipped. The building has an internal patio covered with a glass roof, commercial and service premises and a restaurant on the ground floor, as well as underground parking spaces. In front of the object there is an elegant and neatly arranged area with benches and the restaurants garden.
