CPI Property Group (CPIPG) has been operating in Poland since 2013. In 2022, as a result of its acquisition of a 76.8% stake in Immofinanz, CPIPG became the asset manager of all of Immofinanz’s office and retail properties. Currently, the company actively manages 20 office buildings situated in prestigious locations in Warsaw (including those managed under the myhive brand) with a total area of over 561,000 sqm and a value of EUR 1.75 billion, which makes it the office market leader in Warsaw in terms of gross leasable area.

The retail portfolio managed by CPIPG includes the CH Ogrody shopping centre in Elbląg, the CH Orkana shopping centre in Lublin, and four Vivo! shopping centres in Lublin, Krosno, Piła and Stalowa Wola, the City Market chain of retail parks in Zamość (two parks), Tarnów, Radom and Zgorzelec, as well as its Stop Shop retail park chain in 10 regional Polish cities. The combined retail area managed by CPIPG in Poland amounts to 272,000 sqm gla with an estimated value of EUR 437 million. The company plans to continue its activity in the Polish market by acquiring and investing in selected office properties in the best locations in Warsaw.
