Offices Oxygen Park A

Oxygen Park is a modern office complex, located directly on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw’s business district. Two six-storey buildings with a total lease area of over 18,000 sqm. have been designed to provide their tenants with the most comfortable work environment. Oxygen Park is a multifunctional project comprising not only high quality offices, but also retail and service outlets, a conference centre and a green patio with a chillout zone. Modern work environment – this is how Warsaw’s Oxygen Park can be described in three words. Oxygen Park stands apart for numerous green solutions, especially a patio with a breakout zone. In addition, the fully glazed façade guarantees maximum access to daylight, while tilt windows enable ventilation of the rooms. An underground car park and extensive infrastructure for cyclists are also a great advantage for tenants. The architectural design of Oxygen Park was created by the renowned architecture studio JEMS Architekci and the complex was opened in 2013. Already at the design stage of the complex, a number of solutions were applied to make it an attractive office building, both visually and functionally.
