Offices Business Garden Wrocław - Budynek 6-7

Business Garden Wrocław covers an area of 7 ha, on which eight six-storey modular buildings with a characteristic H-shape and a 13-storey office building have been located. In total, the complex offers over 117,000 m2 of office and service space. The campus is surrounded by a large garden, which is accessible to employees and residents of the city. In the relaxation zones created in the garden, tenants can rest and practice outdoor sports activities. The complex also offers an extensive infrastructure for cyclists and a range of facilities for tenants. Apart from the restaurant pavilion located in the central part of the green courtyard, the opening of the next phase will be accompanied by additional service points, including a new canteen and a café. The office complex, designed by architects from the APA Wojciechowski studio, is distinguished by optimally arranged floor areas and a common area ratio not exceeding 3.5%. The key architectural and technical solutions used in the buildings, particularly with regard to reducing water and energy consumption and controlling the internal environment, meet the requirements of the highest level of LEED environmental certification. The three buildings, delivered as part of the first phase, were sold in June 2019. The second phase of the development remains in the developer's portfolio.
